Key Responsibilities
- Lead the developmentof robust, scalable, and efficient software applications.
- Architect and designend-to-end solutions using modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate closelywith product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
- Ensure code qualitythrough code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in [specific technologies relevant to the role, e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.
- Proven track record of designing and developing large-scale, high-performance systems.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies.>
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Leadership and mentorship experience, with a passion for guiding and supporting junior developers.
- Experience with full-stack development and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
